Alrighty I'll try and find some pics but check it out.
I've been wearing my Wested pants for awhile now and something has always bothered me. The Belt loops, entirely for a practical reason! On the back there is no center belt loop to hold the pants up when you sit down, so you always get this small patch of material sneaking down the belt line : (
This is not so in the Raiders film, check out this shot from Raider.net - http://www.theraider.net/showimage.php? ... ts/178.jpg
You can see the center back belt loop.
I was thinking Wested would probably oblige me if I asked them for some material to make this loop, but just something I thought I'd point out to the crew, as if you guys didn't already know ; )
Best,
Matt

Re: SA Pants / Wested Pants Question
Hey moviematt1989,
How many belt loops do you have on your pants right now. If it's eight, just reposition them, and you'll have a spare. If it's seven just reposition them. If it's six, I hope you saved your hem drop offs, you could make your own. I doubt (but don't know) if Peter has fabric swatches just laying around.
Indy's pants had seven belt loops (or carrirers). One carrier on the back center seam, one on each side seam, one over each back pocket, and one on each front pleat, the one closest to the fly placket. We have great reference photos somewhere in "gear".

This is why I believe Kt. Templer's pictures of the screen used pants (and shirt) should be stickied instead of moldering on page eleven or where ever they are.

Re: SA Pants / Wested Pants Question
Mine only have six : (
I don't have the left over material from hemming unfortunately. One of these days I'll get some material when a make another purchase from wested. But I'll probably have these guys repositioned anyway, they're off the seams just a little.
Thanks for all that info,
Matt
