yes iv been wanting aldens so bad for so long and now i fianly have them
!!!!! there vary confertable ill have pics later tonight

Just as a reminder to all the fans here, it was Lee Keppler that found the Alden's connection. Deborah Nadoolman (Landis), the costume designer, insisted it was the Red Wing's boot to this day. Lee persisted and found out it was really the Alden 405 boot. This is way back in the early 80's without benefit of the internet. And, and... it was Fritz in Sherman Oaks that actually fitted Harrison with his original pair. Lee did the "gum shoe" to figure that out as well. Amazing!!! For ultimate gratification, I would encourage all of us fans to order from Fritz directly.

I could agree more and having Fritz fit them for me, they fit like a glove ... hmmm ... maybe not the best analogy.
With the exception of my motorcycly boots for long road trips, Alden's are the only shoe that will touch these feet.
