My Try at a CS bash

Post by viper80134 »

After seeing the movie I had my likes and dislikes, but there was no question that I loved what AB did with his new hat. So I recently bashed my PB to try and match what was on screen. Its not the best but it will have to tide me over till I get my AB from the master artists themselves. Let me know what you think.

Looks great. I'd lower the centre dent at the back a bit. On the side view the back looks a bit higher than the front and it should be the other way around.

Ah I see what you meen i'll have to try that out. One thing that i wasn't sure on was the curve of the brim twords the sides and back. Does it need to be flater or is it good where its at?

Sounds about right. It seemed to me the hat sat a little lower in some scenes. Was that just me (I have only seen it once so far.). I think you have it pretty close- especially for a first try. The felt always seems to take on a "mind of its own" when I do this. Takes me several tries to get it to go the direction I want. Yours looks great!

Not bad...

Another Tampanite! I'm on the north end...But I lived down your way when I graduated! Good to see there's at least a couple of 'locals' popping up...Most of the people from the area haven't posted in years....
