I have a web belt, gun belt, and bag strap on order currently, but am getting worried they may not arrive before the 21st (Wednesday) so I was hoping there may be some Local (to me) vendors in Los Angeles where I may be able to overnight or locally pick them up?
Anyone have any good suggestions on a place? Otherwise, I'm going to be hitting up local military surplus and mens store looking for them. The gun belt / web belt should be easy enough but the bag strap, whip holder, and gun holster I'm more worried about.
Hopefully it'll not be needed and my ordered ones will arrive as planned.
Any Belt vendors in Los Angeles?

Re: Any Belt vendors in Los Angeles?
A local army surplus store near me had a whole bin of different colored web belts for $3 a piece, picked up two (tan, brown).fourzerotwo wrote: Anyone have any good suggestions on a place? I went to a local leather repair shop and the owner made me a whip holder in about five minutes (but we ended up talking whipmaking for 45 more!).
The belt I think you could find at any mall (casual men's brown belt) for close-enough, but the holster may be the tough item.

Need a holster?
I live in the area and just finished making my own holster. I'm not sure I'll have time to make you one, but perhaps my good pattern would help. Please contact me if interested. I also have some of the brass closure studs should you need one. I live in Glendale.

I would go out and get this Tandy Leather Belt kit from Michaels. It is only $15.99 or save your Sunday morning newspaper coupon and get an additional 40% off depending upon the weekend.

Re: Need a holster?
Thanks for the offer. I may take you up on the pattern if I need to get one made. Luckily I received a voice mail from Lee this afternoon letting me know the belts are on their way so I'm holding on to the hope that they'll get here tomorrow / Wednesday morning. Close call, but I trust Lee.Indiana Jake wrote:I live in the area and just finished making my own holster. I'm not sure I'll have time to make you one, but perhaps my good pattern would help.
