2 weeks ago I ordered these boots.
http://www.sportsmansguide.com/net/cb/cb.aspx?a=415876 They're not Indy exact but could be considered close enough. What I liked was the leathers and the construction.
Today they came in and this is what I have to say:
Out of the box I could tell these boots were built to be tough. The leather felt soft (except for the toe which was sharkskin and rough) but it was a bit stiff. After wearing it for 2 hours it molded to my foot. These are big boots and feel tough, mind you they are made for hunting. It takes some getting used to but I can say that I'm happy with my purchase. These go great with Jeans or Khakis, but don't wear them for dressy occasions (didn't look good with my suit)

They are very nice. Though they are not extremely SA they pull off the Indy feel quite well. I like them alot.

Wow, Haven't heard skippy mentioned since I was a kid, it's not a bad thing he will live on through me and I will certainly put him to good use.
