Todds "ULTIMATE" Indy Holster! Suede Lined!

Post by Texas Raider »

O.k., Last year I commissioned Todd to make me a suede lined Indy holster. I sent him a Bianchi holster for comparison and asked if he could do it the same way, he said yes :D . Todd's a busy dude, so it took a while and after a hit & miss, he came up with a PERFECT holster for my Smith Model 22 Indy gun! He really outdid himself on this one and I'm just getting around to posting pics (sorry, Todd), but this is THE ultimate Indy holster for real world use, and I carry regularly in the desert, so now I have some excellent protection for the pistola! Supple, soft suede lining, super quality leather all around and durable stitching thru-out! THANKS AGAIN, TODD! YOU RAWKKKK!

I'll post comparison pics of the the 'Ultimate' and his 'Deluxe' model shortly, but for now, enjoy!!

Wow that's awesome. I'm out of the loop a bit, so this is confirmation that Todd is still around and in business. Never bought from him yet myself, but he seems to be the man to go to for a holster and gunbelt.

Hmmm, *crickets chirping*. I thought this holster would get a better response than this :?

Sorry, Todd...

Don't feel down.

It's a nice holster, but linings aren't particularly sexy.

No crickets chirping here, Texas Raider - that thing is sweet!
I'm picking up my M22 next month and was seriously considering picking
up a Todd's deluxe holster even before seeing the pics of yours.
I picked up one of his bag straps a couple of months back and was very
happy with his product - excellent customer service as well!

I just have a couple of questions. Is the fit good? Does both yours and the
deluxe model have a similar fit? I was wondering if there would be a problem
with the M22's ejector shroud binding inside. Also, what's the $ difference
between the deluxe and the ultimate model?

Congrats again on a fine purchase! :junior:

Solent, the fit is pretty much identical to the deluxe. Because of the lining, it's cut just a smidge larger, so the fit of the gun is the same. There is no problem at all with the ejector shroud binding in it, fits like a glove! I recently took a pretty hard tumble (read big fall!) in full gear, with my model 22 in the holster. The gun didn't even get a nick,,the holster,,a few scratches,,,,the AK-47 I was carrying,,,,well,,,,it survived, but I had to toss it off into the (jagged) rocks!

Thanks for the compliments!!
