Snow in Montana

Post by hollywood1340 »

Which means I'm having trouble cracking my whips right now. My name is James Maxwell, and I'm from Missoula, MT. I'm 26, and have been playing with whips for around sixteen years, but only seriously in the last five. My first whip was through a tack magazine, mexican special, but it served me well. As of right now I have a 5.5 Nylon Stock, 10' MA Swivel Handle and a 10' MA Black Swivel Handle. I have an order out for an IOAB as I write this. I'm a regular in Virginia City, Montana where I assist in the operation of a steam locomotive. And I'm thinking of throwing a wild west show into the mix on my off nights. It's good to be here on the COW boards, and I look forward to interacting with you all!

Welcome aboard, James! That's pretty cool you get to help in operating a steam locomotive. This is a fun place to come, hope you enjoy yourself!

Here it is, in all it's well worn glory. I use whips. I've swung on my brown WSP. Still cracks well too :D The stock whip is made in the Bozeman area by Greg DeSaye http://www.stockmansupply.com/Whip-intro.html
