Stride Rite Baby Alden-like Boots

Post by Indiana Texas-girl »

I seem to recall somebody here at COW talking about a Stride Rite Child's shoe that was like an Alden. I saw this on eBay, but I don't remember who it was that was interested in the shoes. From what I recall, that person said they no longer made these kid shoes. Anyway...I thought these on eBay were really cute and if I had a baby, I'd be snatching them up for him in doozy. Even though they look a little orange, I'm sure they'd be easy to dye.

Wow! They even come in orange like the adult ones!

My youngest son, Joshua, will be one next week but I don't know if that's his size---they seem a bit larger. I'll have to keep an eye out for a different size.

Ha! Those are great. I can see somebody making a 2 foot Indy model and using those shoes.

Cool find.
