I recently emailed the Alden info address with some questions and they never got back to me yet? Are they just slow? Has anyone had problems before? I haven't yet decided to buy yet (I need new boots for the mountains and I am convincing myself that its worth getting a good pair to do me for years) but if I do I would need to be very specific with them about the sizing.

Any advice? Thanks guys.

Give them time, they will get back to you in time, you can always email them again for the heck of it. But be sure you will hear from them.

If you're looking to buy a pair, you might want to get in touch with Mike here as he's got a pair that he might be interested in selling you...size 8.5D....you could email him about them.
