map room costume

Has anybody ever looked into making the map room costume (headdress/robe) that indy wears.

I haven't looked into it but I was watching the James Bond Movie The Living Daylights and noticed that when they went to Afghanistan, Bond wears very similar headgear. Perhaps somebody or somebody who knows sombody in the movie industry could shed some light on those are made.
