LL Bean Pants colour

Post by Ace »

Im thinking getting a pair of LL Bean pants in eighter Khaki og Dark khaki. Does anybody have a pair of those and a pic where you can see the actual colour. I think it's difficult to tell the real colour on their webpage.
What do you think, should I go for the dark or regular khaki ???

I suppose that is still a matter of contention from the last discussion we had on LLBean pants since the consensus is that there appears to be no color uniformity.

'Get as can get' or 'close enough is good enuff' seems to be the general rule that applies to these pants.

They are very nice however; and, since they've seemed to come and go in various incarnations throughout the years, you wouldn't be going too terribly wrong picking up one of each if you can afford it. :D

You are definately going to want to go with the dark khaki. I own a pair and any lighter would look silly with the rest of the gear. This is, of course, my opinion. Just thought I'd through it out there for you.

Cheers,

Steer clear of the dark olive khaki as it is very, very, very green.

The dark khaki is nice, not authentic, but nice.
