That's the most succinct summation of the theme of this thread I can imagine. Wested should frame it, hang it on the wall make it their mission statement. ;-)

Sweet, someone email it to them. Oh, wait...

So I finally get onto Peter after going through Gemma again. Its like chalk and cheese.
Peter checks the actual jacket, tells me it is about to be made up and confirms that the proper sleeve length will be used.

So that's good news. I recommend bypassing Gemma and going to Peter each time, he is on the ball.

Gemma may have had an off day as well. It happens to the best of us.

Not ME, of course.... [-( :[

I'm glad to see they are coming through for you-- but someone having one off day does not explain a lot of the other problems, including my own. When I deal with a company that would rather suggest publicly that a good, paying customer is lying than help that customer resolve a very simple problem, my inclinastion is to warn others loudly and frequently about doing business with that company.

Still, for my money, the Wested jacket is the schizit. I probably will go ahead and get another one if I can ever decide on which one/which leather/which treatment (distressing). Oh, yeah, WHICH SIZE!

Good news indeed, Clutters! Glad you got through to Peter. Persistance is key! There are definitely communication problems at Wested, but I've always been able to get my issues resolved, once I speak with Peter.

Be sure to post pics of your jacket when you get it! :) I'm awaiting my NH ToD!!

Kind regards,
Craig
