I was watching the new John Williams documentary on Disney+ and a picture came up of the Maestro himself wearing a familiar looking hat.
To me it looks like a Crystal Skull hat, but maybe I'm wrong. I wonder if it could be a screen used hat or an extra from the production of one of the movies? Anyone have more info on this hat or think they know what it could be or where it's from?
Thanks

Yes. It’s a CS hat. Given to him by Spielberg. More info on it can be found on the extra features part of the CS DVD.

Re: John Williams wearing an Indy hat
Good to know! Thanks for linking the video, I hadn't seen it before and it was really interesting. Any info on whether this was a screen used hat or just an extra hat that the production had but wasn't used in the film? To my eye it looks too clean/new to be a screen used hat... But maybe they had a few "decent" hats for non-adventuring scenes like the wedding at the end.IndyRiv wrote: ↑Tue Nov 05, 2024 8:51 am Yes. It’s a CS hat. Given to him by Spielberg. I must say, John Williams wears the hat quite well. I wonder if he still has it
