I remember a similarly clad 'female Indy' advert in UK farming press for cow antibiotics circa 1996. Bet it's the same PR guy and he has literally one idea that he suggests for every advert.

Seems questionable, but as the vast majority of Indy jacket wearers are men, just perhaps the idea was “That’s what I want my lady to look like that in the new ladies version of a Indy jacket.”
