US Wings Shirt
I was looking for a bullwhip, but clicked a link to USWings.com instead. I perused the Indy Jacket area, but then decided to look at the khakis, and I saw their "Adventure Gear" khaki shirt. They have the pleated pockets and epaulets, so its more like an the L.L. Bean shirt. It is also military fit, so it will fit more like Indy's in the movies and the Noel Howard shirt. Any opinions?

Correct. It's a heavy cotton twill that for cooler weather is great, BUT, when washed and put in a dryer, it shrinks terribly, so if you buy one, be sure to order a larger size, and line dry only. Have to say, the shirt is tougher than nails, and well worth consideration, but not for warm weather, and not for the detail oriented fan. Regards. Michaelson

It also comes with the inverted type of pleats on the pockets, correct?

Mass Army Navy sells the same shirts as well as the same safari jacket that US Wings offers, except the weight of the material is listed in ounces. I don't recall the exact figures but I do remember that the shirt was more than twice as heavy as the jacket.
Between the trim fit, possible shrinkage, and inverted pocket pleats, it seems that the L.L. Bean shirt is the better buy. I bought one and I couldn't be happier.
