how to make a military style hem, anybody know?

looking for a tutorial on how to hem my pinks like indy, anybody have one?

If you search the forum there are lots of references to the military hem, some with pictures, but I don't recall an actual tutorial ever being posted. The military hem is tricky so I would leave it to a seamstress/tailor, but make sure they know what it is you mean in terms of not wanting a regular hem.
