Loose or non-functioning jacket poppers / press studs fix

Post by ob1al »

Loose or non-functional pocket flap poppers (press studs) on your jacket?

Here’s an easy fix.

Push the poppers together, turn the jacket over into a flat surface and through the jacket lining, give each popper a careful hit with a hammer.

Result, perfect fix.

At least it worked for me!

I googled and searched Club Obiwan for advice but found nothing, so I thought I’d better put this out into the universe for anyone facing the same issue.

Good fix! Just be sure to check what kind of popper you're dealing with, as companies like USWings doesn't use the same kind of popper as Wested and Gibson and Barnes.
