I used to live in Phoenix and you can walk around with your gun concealed if you’re above 21. Now I live in Burbank and it’s kinda like Nazi Germany here. (Infant I’m not quite sure if we’re even aloud to have books)
Edit: in fact*

I really like the idea of this phone holster. It's quite a novelty. Of course, living in the UK where gun ownership is an exception, I could just about get away with a replica in public if I was in costume. As for the real thing, no chance!

Come on down to Texas , get a CCL, oops, now just CL (carry license) and you can. In Louisiana you could always legally open carry, just need a permit to concealed carry.
I have one, but it does not have the flap and the closure. Now I'm thinking I have to save up for one of these. But I use the phone holster when I am at conventions or events- it slides next to the holster and keeps my phone out of view and prevents any butt-dialing!
Personally, no matter where you are I'd be careful wearing that as it can easily look like a gun holster in different lights and situations. but maybe that's just me, I've been in too many situations where my leatherman and flashlight could have easily gotten me into trouble if I hadn't been highly cognizant of it. A holster like that could definitely do the same I'd think.

Yup, even so, it's a bit risky... Better to not take that chance, unless you're a 1935s archeology prof and can have some real steel in there anyway....
