Just wondering if anyone knows of someone that can alter leather jackets. I recently got a Wested Hero jacket and it's great... except for the pockets. They aren't quite SA. Is there any way the pockets can be reshaped?
What do you mean? I've done reshaping of pockets with warm water and pliers, but you need to specify what the issue is. If it's making them smaller, your screwed, unless you like the look of stitch holes.

Agree with CM, probably a limit on what you can have done.
Arrow has a solid reputation and did a knock-out job relining a leather jacket for my Bride. http://www.arrow-care.com/leather_care.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Definitely find someone who has the proper iron to remove the humps left where you let the material out on the sleeve. Good leather companies have them, and they're specific to the trade.

I should think so. They have sleeve shortening listed on their list of repair items. Give them a call or drop them an e-mail. I found them very easy to work with.

Jeff are you really the guy to ask about sleeves? I always figured you wear a sleeveless Indy jacket in the heat out there!
Are you sure you need a miracle worker? I'm pretty sure all they do is provide humongous pills that only a Guinness World record guy could take. I could in fact recommend a guy I know down in the forest. He made a friend of mine, named Wesley better again.
