Re: The HJ Vintage Project
Ohhh.... .. I just realized that it was a replica of a vintage one. Sorry.... I guess I do need to read more!
Re: The HJ Vintage Project
Hey buddy! Blow it off! Everybody makes mistakes. I've done similar on this site (and, others too) either by not going back far enough, or reading too quickly and not absorbing all the facts. Let it be ! W>baddates1 wrote:Ohhh.... .. I just realized that it was a replica of a vintage one. Sorry.... I guess I do need to read more!

Re: The HJ Vintage Project
THAT is completely unfair and unwarranted.
I don't NEED another Raiders fedora . . . . (or so I keep telling myself) . . . . and I really don't have ROOM for one . . . . I really dont . . . . or at least I really dont THINK I do . . . .
It is, however, an amazing looking hat. Like you've been wearing it every day for years.

This is really a fantastic hat and is one of those "just-throw-it-on-and-go" kinda hats. I have to hand it to the boys at Steele&Jones. They did a great job customizing this thing size wise for someone who lives clear across the world. Great job, guys..

Re: The HJ Vintage Project
Thanks......
This hat has not been babied at all..as a matter of fact, just yesterday, my daughter was kneading it with her feet in the back seat. Of course I freaked out a little but it doesn't seem to have bothered the hat at all. It is VERY floppy and actually doesn't have guts.....no liner or sweatband. I'm afraid to install them agan as I don't want it to ruin the perfect shape for my head it has morphed into.
But still, a very hard core wearing hat. Love it..
