Impressive. I wouldn't even try that rig for 6 days. I simply bring way too much stuff, that, of course, I never really needed to bring!

Obviously, someone has played a practical joke on you, however, and substituted a ball cap for your brown fur-felt hat! It's obvious in the photo!

I won't lie, it was REALLY tight to get everything to fit and didn't leave any room to bring anything back but it all fit! I should have brought my felt hat as the weather was a bit iffy and I could have used it. And that is an IR flag on a 5.11 hat. No whip on this trip, maybe next time I visit San Francisco It was a good trip, though. Now I know the limits of my backpack. BTW, the MKVII fits an iPad perfectly as well as any stuff I can take via carry on. I did bring my G&B jacket, too!
