Got a quick question....Does John's Cairo Indy hat have the turn? From the pics above it looked like it did. Just curious.....I love the hat. I'd like to own a second Indy hat someday and I was just browsing all the different brands out there now. :TOH:

If I recall correctly John turns all his Raiders hats unless you ask him not to.

I've been thinking of sending back my Hats so John can replace the liner. Especially the Raiders one. That one is pretty funky.

I'm not sure if I have shaped properly yet. How in the world the post office can crush a box that sturdy, I'll ever understand.
I will say one thing. Lean the front pinch more to the left(picture-wise).

Also considering post count, I doubt that KY Jones comes here often/at all anymore. :|

Also, it's his hat. He can wear the bash anyway he wants to... I say the not so tight pinch adds a little bit of character to his Penman Raiders. :TOH:

I'm sorry. I was not complaining about the pinch(and BTW, it was just my opinion) I was just saying that in my opinion it just needed to lean over teensy weensy bit. Sorry.

Yes I agree but that hat was shipped before me adding my penman hat boxes so when ky received his hat it was crushed. He popped the crease back and then popped it on his head and never wanted to change it. He likes it that way and I think he wears it well. Made it his own.

I apologize as well, I did not mean to come across as harsh. I just read over my post again, and I can see how it can definitely comes across as harsh. That was not my intent; in fact, I was just curious about your post.

Apologies for the misunderstanding.

no need to say you are sorry. I didnt think you came on harsh at all. I was trying to explain why his hat is a tad off. I'm sure the crease is much different from what you see in these two photo's. Creases change from when I crease them in my shop. Thats why when I make a Raiders hat for myself I don't shoot for one scene Ie: raven bar, idol grab or SOC. It's going to change once I start wearing and handling the hat. For customers I will crease for what ever scene they want but in the long run if you wear it, it will change.

You do gift certificates.

You ought to do a club.

Automatic payments of $120.00 per month gets you a new hat off your "wish list" every 4 months.
