It's a more modern version of the Mk VII bag. For Indy fans based in the UK, it's quite a good deal and the reviews are very favorable. My father was very happy with his bag, though I haven't received my bag yet but when I do, I will post up some pictures.
That looks really nice. I am loving my Wade Bag too much but this might be good for the beach ....I`ll be looking forward to pics of yours...thanks for posting!
I'm looking forward to receiving mine. I think it will be a handy modern bag with an Indy vibe. It looks like the strap is attached by clips and therefore could be easy to replace if one wished to do so.
I'll attach pictures once I get it, though it could be in a few weeks as the bag is in the UK and I'm in Asia.
I will in in the UK tomorrow for a few days- they have a shop near to where I will be, so I'll pop in on Saturday, see if they have one and report back.
It's slightly smaller than a MkVII and the strap attachments are like a MkVI, so you'd have to fit some rings somehow. It does have a zipped main compartment so it's more secure than a MkVII
It also has a bit of embroidery in the bottom right corner, that I made a pigs ear of trying to remove!
Wow...nice comparison picture, thank you for posting. It looks like a really tidy bag, glad I bought it now. Can't wait to get my hands on it. The embroidery adds something, looks pretty smart in my view.
I think KTs pictures tell the story. I did go to the store and can confirm that it is a well made piece of kit. The zipped top would be useful. I might take the plunge as I have to be back in the same town in a couple of days

Yes, a little, it was just a little bit too 'new' for my liking. I rubbed the raised edges with a cut lemon and left it in the sun for a day or so, then washed it in a washing machine.
I bought one of these when they first came out 3 years ago or so, and I have only good things to say about it. Even getting the wife one so she can have something compact to carry to work.
oh, no. I wanted to order but the bag seems to look diffrent now...Or do they have linked the wrong picture?
edit a few days later....ok, I contacted the shop and indeed they linked the wrong picture. They will fix it and I can order the great looking bag luckily
Apologies for the wait (I've moved countries!) I have finally gotten around to posting some pictures of the bag.
It really is a cracking bag and very nice quality. I can fit a book, glasses, wallet etc with ease, so makes a great EDC bag.
I've ordered a custom leather strap, some chicago screws, and will replace the strap attachments with some rings. Will post the results once it's complete.
It's made from Mulberry leather and has a gorgeous smell to it. I had it made to 80" long. This meant there had to be a join, which I wasn't too worried about as it is not meant to be screen accurate but just a "nod" to Indiana:
I'm not 100% sure about the buckle. It is slightly bigger than what I would like, but is a nice cast 3 bar slide:
I was aiming for a raiders look but there is a slight curve on the buckle:
The strap is 1" wide and approx. 3mm thick (6mm when doubled for the returns). I replaced the original bag strap attachments with antique brass effect loops:

It has a lovely, rich smell of leather and I'm pretty happy with the overall effect and feel of quality.
