Turning your MkVII divider into an extra pocket.

Post by Swindiana »

Hey guys!

I went shopping today and I realized I wanted the divider on my MkVII out of the way for a little more room. (I know I said I liked it before, but a man/kid is allowed to change his mind, right?) Still... I'm only doing it on one of my bags and that's the one that I'm using everyday and will allow to naturally distress over the years.

I didn't want to just throw the divider away, we are still talking about me and the bags here, so this is what I came up with. Let me know what you think. Enjoy!

Kind regards,

Very cool idea, Swindy. You can really never have enough storage, am I right? Like they say, "waste not, want not."

You should change your COW name.

What's Swedish for "The Bag Master"?

You're the Anders Zorn of the bag world!

That would be "Väskmästaren"... OK if I stick with Swindiana?

And another  for the compliments. Thanks!

Next project: Making the lanyard disk a cupholder... maybe not.

Lars, if you had a WPG bag, you wouldn't have a divider to take out. :D

That's true! And then again, I would'nt have had a mask and a filter to divide inside it. :)

You sir, are a genius. :notworthy: :notworthy:

I am in awe. Especially since I just cut the divider on one side (so my camera would fit, and left the divider in there....

Too bad you didn't come up with this before I decided to throw away the divider when I was cleaning out my closet before I moved back in with my parents.
Anyway, a brilliant way to use that piece of fabric that would otherwise end up in the trashcan anyway.
