First thanks for the positiv comments,it's motivating!
I saw many of you liked the whips, they are from midwest whips, Lauren Wickline and Paul Nolan. They are made of nylon, and they are very nice to work with.I bought themlast year around this time of the year and i'm very happy with them!thanks to Lauren!:-)
Now my next pair is gonna be probably bullwhips in leather!i say probably ,because they are so many good whipmaker out there, that i see so many nice whips id'like to have!or at least i'd like to play with!!!try the different feelings of the different whips...

Great video, especially liked the two handed combinations towards the end... For beginners who want to try this at home though I’d recommend a bit more protective covering for your own sake, not that I’m complaining ;)

Dan,
i totally agree with you with what you're saying! If you are starting with whipcracking definatly cover yourself! The back, the legs .the hands and the feets are the places where a hit myself the most in the begginning.Specially if you're trying something new or not mastered yet,the risk increase. When i'm wearing shorts like on the video i tend to reduce the power i would use in a show for example ,so if i get hit it hurts a little less...but still...,if i'm wearing shorts i'm doing only the moves wich i'm sure not to hit myself...

It's amazing how easy you make things look like, Sylvia! I really enjoy how much effort you put into your practice, and how fluid and accurate it seems.

Hi everybody!
Well,first thanks for the feedbacks!
I made another video with some fun moves ,unfortunatly for the moment with my work i have very little time to practice and to really get better.trying to stick a little bit of practice in between the shows when i can!But i'm verry lucky i have some very good and talented peoples wich are helping me and supporting me!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=47nJPpSu ... detailpage" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
In the beggining of the video i'm spinning a nunchaku from one hand and doing the cattleman's crack from the other hand,i wanted to try it to see the combination ,whip, nunchak, and then i realise this exercise is excellent for coordination:-)
Hope you enjoy the video

REALLY nice sylvia. I'm trying to get to the point where I can do two handed cracking, just came in from practicing with my left

arm in fact.

Hi Riku!
Thanks!
Sometimes our left arm is just not to seems responding like we want:-)but with some training it'll become naturall!even for the left arm:-)what hepls is practicing with both hands at the same time doing the same crack ,so that the left arm can follows instinctively the movement from the right arm.
Happy whipcracking!

That's exactly what I do sometimes, while I don't have two whips, I'll either have the whip in my left or right arm, and just do the

motions with both arms, sometimes a combination, then I'll switch arms and try to do it again :whip:

Wow, I've been practicing with my left arm a bunch the last couple days, and just this morning when I went out to crack some,

I see what you're saying about it becoming neutral, while I still am better with my right arm, with most of the basics, I can do

them just as easy with my right or left arm, it was kinda weird :P

Hi Riku!
It is already very good that you are training with both arms!and as you can see you start feeling the progress and you're left arm seems "to wake up" :D that's what i feel when finally my left arm accept the move i want him to do!!i say wake up ,because it's like my brain know the move and order to my arm to do it ,but he Just can't something is blocking the way between my brain and my arm then one day pfouf!it ust deblock and then i CAN do the move!love that feeling!hope you know what i mean :-k and then it's ust comes better and better!
Keep up practicing!

Yeah I know what you mean, you know the motions, but can't figure out why it won't do it, then all of a sudden you got it! That's

what happened with some of the tougher cracks with me, like arrowhead, tasmanian cutback, and a couple combos.
