Contact with Marc or Stefan-AB deluxe

Has anyone ben in contact with AB deluxe recently? My 2008 henry needs a reblock. mail sent 9 June, no repsonse, called the number on the website, no answer, PM sent but sitting in the outbox.

Any suggestions or if the guys read this please contact me. As I live next door to them in Poland I would rather not sent the Henry to the Oak, as much as it would be a pleasure to do business with him- the work on Zoltar's Henry was outstanding.

I know Marc has had e-mail problems as of late. I did hear from Stefan a month ago. I used the info@adventurebilt.com e-mail and it worked just fine.

They will answer you, even if it takes a bit of time. Their customer service is excellent and Stefan makes a point to answer mails.
Like jnicktem said the reason for the delay must be mail server problems.

I've also had some contact problems regarding e-mails, try the one jnicktem recommended, I used it and got an answer very quickly.

As far as I know it's because they're in the middle of switching e-mail accounts as their old ones are filled to the brim with ads and a lot of other junk, so it makes it difficult to look through.

The new one should work though

Stefan always goes out of his way when it comes to keeping you updated. A little while ago I ordered a couple of the Adventurebilt hat brushes and Stefan wrote a short letter about the status of another order I have with them which he dated, signed and attached his latest business card too that I was not expecting to find when I got the brushes.
