I suspect we all have friends who e-mail us "stuff" that they think is cool from time-to-time. I got this image from my dentist and immediately thought this is how to carry a notebook with your gear.

That's so cool!!!
How about the Young Indy journal cover?
That would look pretty cool as a laptop case. Especially for a netbook!
Maybe one of our talented vendors could come up with that... perhaps Magnoli? He does seem the source for Young Indy blank journals...

That is so cool
I'm definitely getting one for my ipad (great for a digital Grail Diary).

It's sooo getting returned now, thanks for sharing!

If Magnoli came up with a Young Indy grail diary cover for an iPad2, I would be sooo over that!!!!

Really?
How does one search for these on the Bay?
Any help would be great, thanks.

Is it coincidence that the vendor shows as "cowcow..."?

Magnoli
This could be a real good seller I think - especially if different sizes were available! (I am not trendy enough to have an "i - <insert model here>" but I do have a netbook). You could even do smaller ones for cell phones perhaps? Many possibilities!

A "diary" case for my Blackberry! I'm up for one of those!

I could probably knock these out very easily without the zipper feature, but if that's lack of detail is a deal-breaker, it'll be a bit tougher to produce. If any one is seriously interested (especially in a zipper-less version) shoot me an e-mail and I'll see about making a prototype.
Kind regards,
Indy

Those are great! Someone here needs to make a 17-inch MacBook Pro cover that looks like the Raiders Bible. Just sayin'.

I would definitely buy one from Magnoli, but then again only if it had the zipper. And I would want a Grail Diary cover

Holy Magnoli!!
If Magnioli could make something like this for an iPad, and to resemble the Grail Diary as Knibs7 mentioned, well that would be great! I would want one for sure. I think the zipper would be a cool feature, but not a deal breaker for me.
Thank you LJT for passing along the information!
Cordially,
B.

I thought about making a similar "book" laptop case several years ago while watching Raiders... the part with the antique leather Bible Indy uses for Ark references. I was considering using an actual old book with a cut out interior (like the books made to hide things in). Add a form fitting pad and carefully glue the inside pages together, then add a secure leather or ornate iron/brass closure. Never got around to it, maybe it will be a fall project.
So next question: Would Indy use a Mac or a PC.... sorry had to ask!

Too bad there's nothing for my 13" Macbook. All the ebay ones seem to be for 15".
