Lee Keppler vs. Noel Howard
This is an old topic I'm sure but I am new to the site so bear with me. In your opinion, which is a better holster (keeping in mind authenticity and accuracy to the films) the Keppler or the Howard?
I know they are both great products but did Lee Keppler supply the original Raiders holster or did Noel Howard? I understand Keppler did some work on the film -please clarify.
Thanks.

Re: the Raider's holster
Kentucky Blues,
Please forgive my ignorance as a "newbie," but what is WSP, is there a link to it, and what is the cost for the holster at WSP?
Warm Regards,
Erick

Kentucky Blues,
I checked out the WSP's holster. I liked the price ($30), but I don't really care too much for the look of the holster - specifically, the huge U.S. on the flap. Also, it's a holster for a 1911 .45, and I'm not sure that the 1917 would fit just right. Thanks for the suggestion though.
Perhaps I'll check out Keppler's holster and see what its like.
Warm Regards,
Erick

Glurrk & Kentucky Blues,
Never mind - I found it. They state that the rubber gun will fit into the holster, but what I really need to know is if a real 1917 S & W .45 ACP will fit just perfect in that holster. Has anyone that has purchased a 1917 revolver also purchased one of WSP's holsters, and if so, how well does it fit?

I can fix you up with a longer Raiders holster for an un-cut 1917. Just give me an e-mail(rotla007@aol.com) as I'm doing a local show this weekend.
