Thanks for the compliments guys. I think its beatiful too, its perfect! It made me feel like a kid again when i opened it up, just like it did years ago. That alone is almost worth the price
Beautiful! I love looking at great examples of art like this. That is definitely no imitation Morgan. Have fun cracking this thing. It such a joy to watch the natural hide turn to a beautiful mahogany patina.
That new DM is one of the best looking ones I've seen in a long time. Look how uniform the strands are!! I hope to be able to cut like that someday. And that knot is the perfectly shaped!
How does it handle? Is the junction between the handle and thong soft or solid? I wish the ten footer I bought a couple years ago had looked like that. I might not have sold it.
It pains me that you sold your previous DM. That whip looks sooo darn cool. Almost screen used. Ya gotta do what ya gotta do though. Life sure ain't fair.
That’s one pretty looking piece of rooskin ya got yourself there! Glad you posted the pictures; take care of that beauty and let us know how much you really like it after you get a chance to break it in a bit.
umm.......Whiper Jones......your telling us you dont know who David Morgan is.? David Morgan is the original guy who made the whips for the Indiana Jones movies.

Congratulations on your new whip!
Hey man thanks, i thought the same thing. This whip is alot better made than my first morgan from 89'. I am very impressed with it. The junction is very solid. I dunno is that good thing?
At first i wasnt sure if i was going to like the shorter handle style, but i LOVE it, i think it makes the whip look and feel better.
OK Heres the plan , you send the whip to me and I will keep for say ooooohhhhh 6-12 years and break it in real good for you, ok? I'll
be looking for it in the mail...
