TN crystal skull jacket by riley

Post by damian della morte »

My second Nowak CS jacket arrived last week some differences from the TN CS I already own. that was made by tony (I will to do seperate tread on the two jackets side by side) it looks like Riley is following in the masters foot steps, as with my first TN jacket it is top quality and craftsmenship and leather, the CS leather makes this jacket as tuff as a tank, i asked for the dark CS leather instead of the light CS leather that my first Nowak is made from, why 2 CS jackets? i have seen the TN raiders jacket on cow they are very impressive to say the least, I almost ordered a raiders instead of this one but have put on a few pounds over the years and also put on a few years over the pounds so decided the CS would be the best pick for me as i think it is much more suited to my age and weight?? but i am not excluding myself from any future raiders purchases by any means, well you guys tell me if you think it was the right choice , here are some pics

thank you guys for being so kind, and yes i did notice the jacket has a sort of raiders feel to it when compared to my other TN jacket, the collar sits differently although it is really almost the same cut, the leather is a little thinner the pockets are more scalloped the coller stand is larger, the fit is a bit tighter because the sleeves are a bit narrower, all these things together giving it an almost raiders feel, its kinda cool because i originally wanted a raiders jacket , here's a couple a shots of my first CS by made by tony next to riley's

Great jacket!

I bought my CS when it was first released last year. Now that I see the newer ones, I wish my leather was a little darker. It looks too "orange" sometimes.

yes, it also looks darker in the movie (closer to rileys), i think of taking some pecard dressing to darken my 1st CS every now and then but i'm not sure i want to play around with a grand worth of leather

thanks! Good call on the LC look, I sent riley a picture of one of my faverite LC jackets from this site and asked him to finish the CS jacket after that photo just a bit easier destressing

the inscription on my first jacket is in the standard gold lettering,42/777 etc. on the second jacket, the inscription in black is a dedication to tony, i felt it appropriate as he was the man who went past top quality and craftsmenship and turned his jackets into works of art

thanks for the kind words, ive seen pics of your TN LC and i'll say youv'e made som pretty good choices yourself, really worth a few extra bucks for the TN ;)
Tundrarider wrote:Outstanding jacket!!! :o  If you didn't say it was a CS jacket, I would never have guessed. It looks much better than the CS movie jacket in terms of fit and overall appearance. It might just be me, but the jacket length doesn't appear to be a long as the CS jacket. Which, to me is an improvement!

I'd say, "you chose wisely.." ;)

Congratulations!!! \:D/

.....and Great work, Riley!!! :notworthy: :notworthy: :notworthy:

Awesome looking jacket man! I like the length on it. My Tony Nowak CS jacket seems a little long on me for some reason. But I love it nonetheless!
