Awesome jackets. Thanks for sharing. Love the Raiders; I'm not one for distressing, but you did a terrific job with that. I love the reddish color underneath. Mine is a bit gray, so it wouldn't look so good. Also, the pockets on the Raiders look great. Did you request those?

Funny how both dark brown lambs look completely different. Must have different sources...

Looking good :D - I like 'em both. I've just ordered a ToD from Wested so this is nice to see what to expect. :) You wear them well!!

Jackets look really nice; I like the look of them.

BTW, does anyone know if Peter or Gemma is out of the office? I sent them an email a week ago with no response.

Gemma is in the office, at least she was as of yesterday when I received an e-mail from her. You might want to try again.

most of wested's issues come from our crazy custom requests. it is difficult to massage patterns and proportions to get exactly what the customer wants unless he/she is standing with peter, tape measure in hand. also, time zone differences and the fact that most gearheads do not wish to pay for long distance discussion constrain communications to e-mails....and there are many interpretations to messages as most will know in the jacket section.

jacket brands aside, i am happy for any gearhead who thinks their jacket is the cats ash.....cuz thats what its all about in the end.

I really like both of those jackets! They fit you great. The leathers look very nice. They look different but both are very nice. :)

Nice looking jackets. I especially like the reddish undertones on the lamb.

...which is interesting, as Wested lambskin undertones have been greyish in the past. :-k

That's what I've thought as well (and experienced). Perhaps this was a special batch? At any rate, it's certainly a look that Wested should try to replicate. It looks really good!

You just can't beat a good Raiders jacket, no pun intended. The difference between it and the LC jacket sort of reminds me of the difference between Levis 501's and 550's. The Raiders jacket just has a more youthful, biker meets A-2, type quality. The best ones I've seen were not necessarily about vendor, but fit and features.

Everything about that Raiders jacket looks absolutely perfect to me. I've read through this forum ad nauseum trying to figure out the proper way to order a Wested and have it fit me EXACTLY like it fits you and look the way it does. I hear so many different things it makes my head spin. :(
