How long does it usually take Marc to reply to emails?

I'm trying to order a Henry and it's been a few weeks now, in the meantime I've had an AB holster from Kim and he said "don't worry he'll get back to you evantually!"

Just wondering how long eventuually might be. :-k

Might have been that - Either way it stalled the baddies long enough for them to form a human pyramid.

$2000'll get you a lot of hat!! Great choice of lid! Going for any particular scene?

No, I dont' get into all the different scene stuff. There are only a few basic creases as far as I am concerned: Raiders with & with out turn, Temple of Doom, Last Crusade, Young Indy, & Crystal Skull.

 We often discuss the gender of Zoltar after a few beers in the local.

What size are you? Just a heads-up; I ordered a size 59cm and I needed to put foam strips in sweat so that it fit me. I can't vouch for the other sizes, but the 59's seem to run a size larger. If I got another I'd order a 58cm. Might be worth mentioning it on the email. Apart from that, I love my Henry, I've bashed it LC with plenny o' curl in the brim. :)

There's a discussion about it here viewtopic.php?f=1&t=34575&start=150

This will be my first Hat so I'm still unsure what size I'll be going for, I measured my head at 58.5cm with lots of hair, I'm not too sure how much difference your hair makes though. :-k I've asked Stefen/Marc for there advise with regards to measureing and sizing so I'll see what they come back with.

We've done exactly the same thing "down pub", probably why most of my mate's are still single at 40

Yeah John- don't be afraid to show more pictures!!! That is a BEAUTIFUL AB you have!

Right now I only have 1 AB (the 2006 "Ford Felt" Raiders I just posted pictures of the other day) and an AB Deluxe reblocked by Steve into a CS. I used to have another AB from 2006 that I had reblocked into a CS that I had to sell since I needed the money then.

But I do have an AB Deluxe on order with Marc (Should be almost done right now!) and an AB CS Grey Train Traveller on order.

THe best way to contact him is via email. However, when you do email him, put in the subject line something to the extant of: SIZE UPDATE ON MY ORDER, FIRST (or SECOND)ATTEMPT.

As far as where we are, only Steve knows sometime in Dec 2007 and Jan 2008 orders last time he chimed in. If your trying to get a hold of Steve Bruce Wayne has give you some good tips, I would also add Urgent to the subject title as size change is a pretty urgent matter. Hope your able to get a hold of him.

I think there was a member in this thread that was the same as you a Nov. 2007 order. I believe still is working on the Dec 2007 and Nov 2007 orders. But I would shoot him up an e-mail or something just in case. With Urgent in the subject line. I'm sure he has not forgotten your order. I am a January 2008 order so I know I probably won't see my hat yet even though I heard from Steve that he was starting into some of January 08 orders. I guess there was a lot of Nov. 07 & Dec. 07 orders still needing to go out, plus I remember Steve staying he ran out of boxes at one point. Anyways I guess the word I am looking for is patience. All of a sudden one day you will receive a white box.

March '08 order here...the 16th to be exact. 2 years, 2 months and 2 days ago I ordered...and began 'the wait'.
I started off the wait with enthusiasm and excitement, which then turned into patience and anticipation, now I'm at 'oh well, who cares'.
It'll be neat to see that white box on the doorstep, and to actually hold the little sucker in my hands!

I'm a Nov. 2007 order as well, and I'm leaving this Monday to go to Uganda for a month...so I called Steve the other day to check in on my hat's status as I have dreamed about taking this timeless fedora with me to Africa. He said that he received over 500 orders during that month alone, and he was almost done with the Nov. '07 orders. He also had to dip into Dec. '07 and Jan. '08 orders to fill up some of less common size blocks. He assured me that mine was not far off! 2 and a half years and counting! It gets more exciting everyday!!!

That is a good sign I know he had a ton of orders in Nov. & Dec. 2007. For one guy working on this job that is a feat, I know there is not many orders after this time as I remember there was a price change sometime around Dec. 2007 Hence probably why all the orders flying in at that time. Thanks for the update nicetrylaoche.

Just curious about the magical Nov 07 orders, and see that others here are still waiting for theirs. My order invoice reads November 3, 2007, and last I heard from Steve was March 3rd 2010 saying that he was still on Nov orders. I'll keep checking in from time to time to see what progress is being made, I don't like bothering him much...takes time away from hat making.
