newbie question? modifying a different jacket.

I bought a jacket from a thrift store and didn't know if it is possible to modify it?

Wow, good luck with that!! Sounds like one heck of a difficult project. You'd have to find similar leather, do lots of cutting and stitching and by the time you were done, you'd probably be punching yourself in the groin wondering why you didn't just spring for a Todd's Standard jacket.

Could be an interesting project.....maybe post pic of what it looks like now, and get input....certainly would be a 'one of a kind'..........
