Self made KOTCS holster, first attempt.

Post by Antilles »

My first attempt at making a CS Holster. I used images of authentic Webley holsters to get the basic shape and added the closed toe to give the CS holster its characteristic appearance. The dye came out blotchy though. Also, while wet forming the shape of the gun the leather wrinkled somewhat. I suppose it could be considered PRE weathered. I intend to give it another shot. The pictures are under different lighting.

Yes I am a south paw. That is why I need to construct my own leather (mostly cowboy leather). Not as much selection out there for left handed folks. I'll post more pics.

Very nice! My dad used to do some leather work and would make work out glove for boxing and other such items. I would have loved to have had a holster he put together.
