Bag strap?

Post by TheMantis »

I have a wonderful Indy bag but the strap it came with has a little to be desired....does anyone know where I can order a good one?

Lee Keppler - Do a search for Lee's number

Prairie Flower Leather Company - www.pflco.com

New Braunfels Leather, I believe, too.

And, no doubt others.

Several buckle choices; do a search; among them, JoAnn Fabrics for less than a buck.

For the ready made strap, with buckle, to my knowledge Keppler is the only source at present. Steffan at PFLCO was given some infromation on a buckle source, so he may be able to supply the whole deal now, too.

Don't forget, M.B.A. Costumes is back in action, and they told me they're taking orders! I would highly recomend them. It doesn't have the best buckle, but from my experience, the leather is very flexible and the color is right on. Worst comes to worst, you won't like the buckle and then you can get a new one from Jo Ann Fabrics. :junior: -IJ

Just a quick note- I ordered a Keppler strap last week. It came this morning- I just put it on my bag- the buckle is beautiful and the leather is quite soft. The colour is dark enough for me- although there is now the question of those side grooves on the Raiders strap. Are they there or not? :-) Ah...now to decide on a shirt :-)

The grooves are indeed on the original Raiders strap. Regards. Michaelson

The brown leather they have is on back ordered. When they get some in, I will let you know.

Hmmm... I sent Lee my info last monday and havent seen my strap yet. I did however order the darker ToD/LC version (which requires extra time for the dye to set), still. :?
