I carry one in my MKVII bag every day. Never know when you might get shot and need a handkerchief.whipcracker wrote:I think it is a handerchief. Everybody carried one back then. Remember the scene on LC when his dad gets shot? One of the first things he did was check his back right pocket for a hankie. I've carried on for years. Very handy.

I carry an Irish linen handkerchief, especial when we go out as a couple. You never know when they come in handy. My girlfriend's probably had to use it to wipe some tears, or allergy relief more times than I've had to use it. If we're in the middle of a theater, she's very appreciative on the offering. And I carry it in my right rear pants pocket, too. Every gentleman should. If you keep it pressed (ironed), it could even double as a sort of sterile dressing in case of an emergency for first aid. Very Handy.
Gentlemen! C'mon ... you know that this is the public part of the board. Your wifes and bosses can read this. ;-)
I wonder what happened to Bink - there's the word "wallet" in the headline and he did not show up now. I'm pretty sure he's hiding in the shadows somewhere here ... well, by the way - have you seen my wallet?

ROFL! Anyhow, I'd agree with some of the others here and say "there is no wallet" in that screencap. If there was, one cheek would be slightly bigger than the other. That and there'd be more of a visible rectangular shape pressing against the back pocket.
I feel odd for dissecting poor Indy's derriere, but y'all started it!

Don't worry guys I'll keep studying this screen grab untill I have solid proof what is in his back pocket.

Yup, me too. I don't keep a "hanky" on me at all though. I do keep a small pack of tissue in my Wested inside pocket, but no hanky.scot2525 wrote:Really!?Imahomer wrote:It's got to be a hanky. If it was a wallet, you'd see an outline of the edge of the wallet.
Besides, most right handed guys put their wallet on the left side and their hanky on the right.
I am right handed and always put my wallet in my right back pocket.

I know this is a silly point to argue, but I honestly can't think of a reason that a right handed guy would make things difficult for himself by keeping his wallet in the left rear pocket. Maybe just force of habit? I always keep it in my right rear pocket unless my Keltec is there. The reason I put the Keltec in my right rear pocket is the same reason I normally put my wallet there: ease of access.Imahomer wrote: The operative word is MOST. No arguement here, but I've booked hundreds of people over the years and most right handed men keep their wallet in their left pants pocket. I've never asked them why, I've just noticed that was where the wallet was.Cammer wrote:I know this is a silly point to argue, but I honestly can't think of a reason that a right handed guy would make things difficult for himself by keeping his wallet in the left rear pocket. Well then, based on your experience, would you be able to say that a bad guy can be spotted from knowing which pocket he keeps his wallet in?Imahomer wrote:I've booked hundreds of people over the years and most right handed men keep their wallet in their left pants pocket. If that is true, then Indy must be one of the good guys.

No, I'd only be able to say that most right handed guys keep their wallets in their left rear pants pocket.Cammer wrote:Well then, based on your experience, would you be able to say that a bad guy can be spotted from knowing which pocket he keeps his wallet in?Imahomer wrote:I've booked hundreds of people over the years and most right handed men keep their wallet in their left pants pocket. If you ever determine if he has a wallet, I make leather wallets.
