Good point, Strones. Cut the sleeves off that jacket, and it's pretty close to a Shrek vest....

How does your jacket's hide compare, Indy G? I think this is post-cold water soak on _'s part, I think might help contribute converting the jacket from being suede-like to and toning it down to a patina. Very nice jacket, _, thanks for sharing! I'm sorry I didn't read the thread sooner.

my jacket is the suedey version with distressing et all. much different to the smooth textured one that you see on film and on _. it is one heck of a jacket though and i'm not complaining

You remind me a bit of the King of Queens in the last one - thanks for all the pics, the jacket looks absolutely stunning.
Makes me wish all my money wasn't going to the mortgage and student loans, I WANT a TN KotCS jacket.

I thought it was tough after 30... This last year has been an absolute bear - primarily due to air travel every week for the last 62 weeks. 5 more years and I wanna be done...
He's got this dream about buyin' some land
He's gonna give up the booze and the one night stands
And then he'll settle down, there's a quiet little town
And forget about everything
But you know he'll always keep movin'
You know he's never gonna stop movin'
Cuz he's rollin'
He's the rollin' stone

..........Dunno why, but that's what that made me think of

Finally found a soul who calms me...
Yes, one only has to look at your avatar to see that that's true... It's nice when you have
someone you can brag about to other people, rather than more transient "things".
In any event, that's quite a handsome jacket. Funny, with your build, it's really almost not an "Indy" jacket anymore. You really "own" it. It suits you better than say, an A-2, where the cuffs and waist might give you that Michelin Man sorta look. I would imagine it's something you have to take into consideration with anything you buy.[/i]
