hey was wondering I e-mailed both Lee and Steve and not heard back from either. How long does it take for them to answer an e-mail. I just had some general questions for them.

I know Steve is extremely busy, he already has something like 900 emails to get through!!!! Not too sure on Lee, all I can say is be patient or see if any of your questions have already been answered in the forum.
Hope this helps!

He does so love calls though!!! He's on the road often and loves the company, give it a try, but remember he's on West Coast time...

Yes, when you get him on the phone, he's a real pleasure to talk to. Definitely the type of guy you'd like to be a returning customer for.

thanks,I've recently picked up two fedora's,one from a member here on cow and the other on e-bay. they were both too good to pass up. will post pictures when I get them. one is a stetson royal whippet and the other is a akubra fed. I agreed to the fed and never thought I would win the stetson on ebay but as luck would have it I won so now I have two.

Give Lee a call. He has some new hats coming in and will be shipping them in July hopefully. He is great to talk to and love to discuss gear.
Cheers,
