Does anyone have the measurements to an original Raiders screen used Jacket.... or is this like asking everyone if they've seen God today?

I'm surprised you don't know this.
There are no measurements of the hero jacket available, but there are measurements of a stunt jacket which _ measured up some years ago. We have every reason to accepet that this stunt jacket was almost the same as the hero jacket (see the gear write up section).
Todds repo is probably the most accurate - based on excellent research and _'s specs.
The G&B Expo is based on P's measurements of a screen used Raiders and is very close.
But measurements don't really matter if you're not the same size as Mr Ford, then it's all adjustments and tricks of perspective.
