I know people have expressed apprehension and reluctance...but the way I see it, if this is not the moment to wear your gear, then when? We have all spent so much time, effort and treasure that I would be remiss if I didn't take this opportunity to not only display it, but to perhaps ignite the spark for collecting in others (or add to their appreciation of all the hard work our vendors have put into making their products).
My take is that Indygear is a companion to your adventures - I don't baby my gear, and it shows. My Aldens are scuffed, my jacked frayed, and lets not talk about the HJ

Every day is an adventure, and premiere night will be for many of us the culmination of a great journey.
This movie represents everything we got into Gear for in the first place - don't be ashamed of it.
