IndyWannaBee's Webley WG Number 21 / 27 By Rook

Post by IndyWannaBee »

First again thank you Rook! You are truely a talented prop maker and I do believe you found the perfect market for this wonderful prop.

I got this wonderful idea to display all the items (COA, plaque, and pistol) in a shadow box. A trip to Michael's (on sale for $14.99), some screws with nuts, and leather covering on the bolts.

So I give you a Rook Webley WG replica far better than any other prop gun I have seen or owned! With and without flash!

WannaB,

That turned out great!!

Although I did not get the plaque, I did want to display the gun and some of my other Indy Gear and props... just did not know how.

Thanks for the inspiration... and great job!!

I need some ideas for a nice background material. Black on black just doesn't do it so well. I was thinking of maybe antiqued leather to resemble a jacket or maybe green material to resemble the MK VII?

What do you guys think?

Thanks for the comments by the way!

How about the backside of some leather to mimic the inside of a holster :P

A map would be neat. Man, now I know what to do with my Wife's pistol (she received #1). :)
