Baron Hats, the Cliffhanger, TOD?

I have been searching COW and I cannot dig up this hat
anywhere in the Gear section or in the Forum.

Either I need a bigger shovel, or it's just not mentioned here.

Can anyone explain if this guy really made a hat for Ford/Jones in TOD,
or is he just cashing in on the trend?

That's his claim, yes, but it's believed to have just been a product placement in the film like the Stetson's were. The hero hat was an HJ.

If Baron's hats were used, they were probably the ones that were REALLY tapered If that were the case, and he did make hats for ToD I still wouldn't buy it. the ToD hat is the least favorite of the 4 movies.

Yikes, Iv'e been using my bigger shovel. Under Fedora FAQ's and Links,
I was able to uncover Dalexs' list of preferred vendors. Listed at number 4
is Barons. After reading the real scoop on this outfit, I've been able to move on
and look elsewhere to stake my claim for another hat.

Thanks to webhead73 for the info on the Fedora Chronicles. Wild stuff.
