Indy's whip on the cereal box...

Post by Indy_Werner »

So I picked up a box of raisin bran today because of the Idy stuff on it and on the side of the box there's what looks like a KotCS promotional pick with him throwin the whip out..... The whip looks nothing like the Jacka and to my eyes it looks more like the cheapo offered at Disneyland. Anyone know what's goin' on there?

I saw that whip too......I think it's the Jacka whip but it's drawn on by the company like the rest of the pic and it distorts how it looks.

I think it's the whip they're giving out in promo packs to the press.

It MAY just be Fords face superimposed on the body of someone else.

Indy's whip in that picture has been changed probably to give it more length or something. You can see the real one at the pic below:

Thanks for posting the picture, I couldn't get a good shot of it. But yeah, that made me really curious when I saw it.

It looks like they are using the souviner whip as a "giveaway", that's why they put that whip in his hand.

Yeah, The original image on the raisin brand box was superimposed with another whip, It looks like the official promotional souvenir whip that you can buy at Disney.

The other cereal box from Greece has the Jacka Indy 4 bullwhip, These are just starting to show up in the US Supermarkets too. Thanks for posting that box cover Sakis, but you need you to shrink your image down a bit though so it exceed 640x480 pixels, before it gets delete.

Wow, that actually does look like the whip at Disney. I went there with my family yesterday, and was disappointed when I saw the whip they were selling with the Indiana Jones name on it. I did however manage to pick up a nice Raiders T_shirt, and my son got the 7" Indy figure, which I thought was a deal at $12.95 considering the detail and extral it comes with.

The shot with the Disney whip also shows up in M&M promotional stuff that I saw in Las Vegas today.
