Alden price increase

Just a bit after the trailer is released....
and they raise the price to 320.... :?

Alden, Allen Edmonds, Breitling, Tag Heuer, and Wilson Combat all seem to have regular price increases every year.

Mine were only $200 when I bought them back in 1998. It looks like Alden is following David Morgan's example.

I ordered them a few days ago and do not regret a cent.

Well, this usually happens after the first of the year with Aldens, so it doesn't surprise me. They usually shut down for hide reordering too, but I haven't heard of any shutdown this year....yet.

What would that be in 2008 dollars? That would show what the rise really is.
