Which tie would you prefer?

1. THE tie from the original maker, no mater how expensive they are

2. A replica in at least the same quality - going by Adventurebilt standards - but for a fair price

3. None of this. I'm a Raiders fan and don't give a #### about LC ties

Replica or original - that is the question (LC tie again)

Ok, if you read this, you probably read my other thread as well, so you know what I'm up to.

So, what do you think?

The fair AB standar Price for a replica. That is what I prefer.

I'm happy that someone still pop-up with the tie sometimes... I loved the tie in LC (as well as I loved LC).
I always looked for the Atkinson tie but never with much success. Honestly I don't even know how much they cost but if the originals were purchased at Harrods... I can just figure out!

I would like the original one but I'll vote for a same-quality replica... it must be for a real deal tough! Comparable with standard tie prices (not Harrods ties standard prices  )

Marc my friend, I also voted for the AB-Version of the tie. Really good idea!

I also voted for an AB version.

But do you know how you could really amaze me!? If you could offer a tie in the same color as your hatband(I nearly black brown!) and in a vintage shape.

Regards,
Henrik!

I voted for two, even though I prefer the Adventure look.

Are we speaking of the black tie or the Venice-peer tie? Or both?
However, that´s a great idea doing AB ties. I think a good quality replica for a fair price is the way to go.

I agree with The Real Henry. I was told that the Last Crusade tie was black, but I just can't see it. I would think it would match the hat band - very dark brown, almost black. It could look black in some light, but dark brown in others. Just like the hat band. Otherwise, isn't a dull black tie just a dull black tie? :?

I talked to my companion yesterday and it's absolutely no problem, if only I could get one for reference. - Which (unfortunately) I haven't been able to find yet :(

Voted for Option #2, as I've held off buying some other LC style tie in the hope a vender on this site would eventually offer one. Best of luck Marc.

To be honest, I don't know. I can only tell, that the current NH shirts are NOT 100% accurate compared to the MBA shirts from back then. So I didn't want to take any "risks".

C'mone folks! If you got a MBA tie, please let me know [-o<

Thanks,

Marc
