If you get your heart set on a revolver...you might have better chances in getting something you like.

An accurate S&W replica might be hard to find over here in Europe... this one might be the best alternative available.

Dutch_jones - what are the replica firearm laws in Holland?

Are you able to purchase or own decommissioned guns, for example?

In the UK, stringent laws are about to come into force pertaining to ownership of replica firearms; its a complex issue, but basically as I understand it any replica gun which looks like a REAL WORLD gun will be made illegal. Someone please correct me if I am wrong on this point.

This means that a Stortrooper blaster (for example) will be ok, however a Sterling sub-machine gun replica (upon which it is based) will not. A replica S&W Indy revolver will not.

I guess its open to debate, but its certainly something to consider.

IMO it's very worthwhile having a full understanding of your local gun laws in the pursuit of any replica firearm, particularly in the current political climate - however, members here have made very decent looking replica's from toy guys, even! There are also airsoft 'close enoughs' out there (if that is an option for you) - if you run a search here on airsoft it should produce a few options for your consideration.

Good luck with it!

Regards

Al
