Looking for screen accurate 1917 S&W Grips
I am looking for a pair of grips for my 1917 S&W, that are screen accurate. I would like orginals, but repros would do if they are of good quality. I thought someone here might have a pair for sale, or know where I could find them. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I'm no gun expert here, but came acrosss this site today. Is it possible that something on
here might be made suitable for the HE2 or similar ?
Also for the Daisy Powerline 44 CO2 pistol that Al was after a while back ?
Any gun experts ?

Not sure if this is actually helping anyone, but I am so impressed with the craftsmanship
on some of these. Here is another link, and this guy includes the medallion in his S&W
grips, but I guess you have to pay for custom work...

Don't forget that the 1917 HE is an N frame if you order. However, looking at their pic of the grips that they claim are for the N frame, they are way off. Don't even look like they would fit. Definitely not screen accurate if that is what you are after. I will be able to produce shortly, the black N frame grips in a hard plastic. I can also do repros of the wood grips but they will not actually be wood. I will post some pics when we get them done. You may not be able to tell the difference from wood!

1917 S&W Grips
I contacted Collins Craft about making a set of Indy grips and he e-malied back saying that he could not. He also stated that the grips he has for the N frame will not fit the 1917. So, I am still open to suggestions.
