Yes, 19 days from the day I confirmed the order. Before that I e-mailed Gerry and asked for a leather sample of the new pre-distressed cow so I could see it in real life. I recieved the sample in 4 days so that was also fast. I must say I am extremely pleased with Wested's customer service.
