As advised, I buffed and buffed and buffed. It got better but the stuff is still everywhere. Anyway I treated with the Pecards, waited an hour and rubbed off the excess. Does spew look like dried soap? My whip is almost white in some areas from all of it.

I am trying to get it ready to wear to a convention and right now it looks like it has dried shaving cream smeared everywhere.

Well it looks like they are 12-15 weeks out for any custom hats right now. Since I am trying to get this ready for a March convention I think I am going to try and find something to hold me over then see Peters bros when I am out that way in March.
