Re: What's the minimum $$$ for a VERY SA hat?
Not sure if someone suggested this or not, but if you've got a sander and a hacksaw, you could do what I did and make your own just by checking out the how to tutorial. Cost me less than 70 for the hat body/sweat/liner/stiffener. Then I just got some foam insulation board from home depot and went to...

oh dude, don't worry about that, there's a bag that looks just like the mark, but fits a laptop if you don't care about the way the liner looks. They sell on ebay and amazon for way less than that, but you should get the picture. http://www.ebags.com/case_logic/xn_vertical_messenger_bag/product_deta...

Block curve help

Re: It is impossible to own a Raiders HJ.
I'm with you there, it really does sound like a kit car type thing; look of the original, but no remote connection aside from the look. But just like car models which get canned and tv shows which get cancelled I agree with Steve in that it makes those things more special if not more elusive (kinda ...

Re: My Disneyland indiana jones fedora before and after
wow, heckova job man, it's a wonder why they (Dorfman/disney) don't wise up and redo their manufacturing process. You obviously know how it is, felt stretches but maintains it's integrity, how they don't get how to make a stovepipe raiders/crusade/skull style is baffling....maybe steve and marc can ...

Re: I made another hat. Updated with new pics
Not bad man, I had a similar experience with a gray scala with a teardrop shape; second fedora I worked on after my raiders replica (which I'm still working on, but what the hey!). Good project hat though, always messing with it getting that front bash right
